This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, fireplace and large patio/deck Duplex (upstairs unit) that is just across the street to the beach in the most sought after Beach Colony in Del Mar!

Upstairs unit with a large deck for BBQ's. The unit has lots of windows, tiled floors which makes it easy to clean. Large kitchen with lots of storage, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen opens up to the dining room and living room!
